Do you require a Deposit?
Atlantic Corporate Suites requires a deposit of half the rental rate and must be paid a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival. Last minute bookings can be paid in full at beginning of stay. Once you have signed your contract and secured your apartment, it is guaranteed that it will not be cancelled. 

What are your rates?
Our rates vary according to length of stay and apartment you chose. As a guideline, the rates are as follows:
1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment - $55 - $130/night 
2 Bedroom Furnished Apartment - $90 - $150/night
Extended Stay Furnished Apartments - Please Contact

What type of payment Options do you accept?
We require a major credit card to secure your apartment. Your credit card will not be charged unless there are additional incidentals other that what your rent covers. Your rent can be paid by cheque or certified cheque.

What time is check in and check out? 
Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am. If you need require additional time upon departure, please contact Atlantic Corporate Suites to discuss options.

How do I find my apartment?
Upon securing an apartment, ACS will send you instructions with a detailed map of the location of your apartment. When you arrive in Halifax, Atlantic Corporate Suites will personally meet you and check you in to your furnished suite. If you have a late night arrival, for a $65 fee, ACS can coordinate a Limo to meet you at the airport and bring you to your building with your check in package, including your keys.

What is the difference between ACS Suites and other places? 
Atlantic Corporate Suites offers a comfortable, relaxing, home like stay compared to that of a typical hotel. Our luxurious suites are of neutral contemporary design and furnishings. Your furnished rental comes complete with fully equipped kitchens, offering all the comforts of home. Atlantic Corporate Suites offers a hassle free experience with complimentary indoor parking, high speed internet, and local phone calls. With ACS’s all inclusive rate you only have to worry about long distance. Atlantic Corporate Suites offers the business traveler, family vacationer and long term stay client a comfortable cost effective alternative.

What is your smoking policy?
There is a no smoking policy in all of our suites. A $500.00 sanitation fee is charge if evidence of smoking is found in your suite.

Where are your suites located?
Our suites are conveniently located in several popular areas of Halifax. We offer suites Downtown Halifax, in the Spring Garden Road District, in Clayton Park, Bedford and the Dartmouth, Cole Harbour area. 

Is there a minimum stay required? 
There is no minimum stay required. Atlantic Corporate Suites does our best to accommodate all rental requests no matter what the duration of stay.

What is your cancellation policy? 
With a standard rental rate, Atlantic Corporate Suites has a two week cancellation period for a refund. If your departure changes your stay from a monthly rental to weekly, your rental rate may change.

Are utilities extra?
All utilities are included in your rental rate. This includes phone, high speed internet, local phone calls, cable television, electricity and water. 

Will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is used for securing your apartment. It is never charged, and is stored in a secure location.
For example: if there is any damage or items missing from your suite, your credit card will be charged for these items. 

Do you offer a pick up service at the airport?
For a fee of $65.00, Atlantic Corporate Suites will have a limo pick you up at the airport and deliver you to your new suite. 

How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by emailing Atlantic Corporate Suites at pdoody@atlanticcorporatesuites.com or calling 902-880-0889 between 9am to 9pm AST. Once we have confirmed availability, we will email you a contract to sign and return with your deposit.


I had a contract cancelled by another supplier before my arrival. Is your contract guaranteed?
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, you have secured your apartment. Your reservation is guaranteed. ACS will not cancel your reservation.

Can I extend my rental?
In order to honor all bookings, we may not be able to extend your rental. You must notify ACS as soon as you are aware that you need to extend. On longer term rentals ACS will generally wait till 1-2 months prior to your departure before advertising your apartment again. We will advise you of this before doing so giving you the opportunity to extend.
