In the event we do not have the right apartment for you, we can tailor an apartment to meet your needs. You tell us the location and features in a building you are looking for. If it can be found, we will find it for you. We will then furnish it with quality, clean, neutral furnishings and have it ready for your COS date. Show up with your suitcase and that is all you will need. You pay us one rental cheque per month and we will give you one itemised receipt for your orderly room. It is as simple and hassle free as that.
If you have already found a desirable unfurnished apartment, let us furnish it for you. We can take over your outgoing expenses, provide the furniture and put it together in one easy package for you. Again, you show up with your suitcase and all else will be done for you.

Frequently Asked Questions: Q.What if I want to find an apartment above my IR allowance?
A. The only concern we have is that you are located in a safe area. Other than that, you are free to choose any location and we can add the rental difference to your contract. We will not put a client in an area we feel to be unsafe.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. You shouldn't need to bring anything other than your personnel items. Atlantic Corporate Suites will provide all of your standard household items. You should be able to show up with your suitcase and not need anything else. Please ask if you have a specific requirement.
Q. Will there be any extra costs such as sales tax?
A.HST is not applicable when looking at a furnished apartment of more than 30 nights. Other items such as cable phone and internet will be given to you for free as long as you select an apartment that meets the allowance requirements.
Q. Is parking included? A. Parking is included in your rent and will be a separate line item on your receipt.
